Job Description:

Our company is seeking talented and organized English-speaking administrative secretaries to join our team. The incumbents will be responsible for efficiently organizing the administrative, financial, and accounting files of the company, as well as setting up an Excel database containing details of planned projects with foreign investment companies.

Exigences de l'emploi

Required Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent (Bachelor's degree) in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, accounting, or economics.

Excellent proficiency in computer tools, particularly in Excel for database creation and management, as well as word processing and email software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain an orderly and efficient work environment.

Good written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English, enabling clear and effective communication with team members and external partners.
