Deputy Warehouse Manager

-Organizes and supervises the specific activities flux and the entire warehouse activity.

-Coordinates the shifts activity by the team leaders and monitories all results, taking actions as many times as necessary to maintain the performance level.

-Knows how all systems used within the warehouse function and makes sure that the staff is well prepared to use these systems correctly and continuously.

-Respects, updates, and checks if warehouse procedures are being followed.

-Responsible for maintaining the continuous accuracy of warehouse stocks.

-Responsible for the entire process of fulfilling FIFO demands as well as all the specified standards.

-Applies accurately the work procedures according to the quality standards applicable within the factory.

-Involves in transport planning/coordinating to ensure the best of loading/unloading operations.

-Responsible for the activity of collecting, warehousing, and sending the wastes and the scrap, respecting at the same time all rules requested 

-Coordinates and monitories warehousing and sending the packages.

-Minimum studies: University Degree

-Minimum 2 years in a similar position

-Good communication and English skills
