Field Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Start Up and Commissioning:
Required to attend to site inspections of ongoing projects to carry out the following:
a. Installation quality inspection.( System Air Conditioners)
b. Product Start up and commissioning ( System Air conditioners )

2. Field Engineering works:
a. Provide Technical support to commercial customers
b. Carry out maintenance and repair works on commercial sites.

3. Technical Training for Partners
a. On Site product training for end users on project handovers
b. Support in house Academy technical training for partners and new installers.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the relevant industry is required.
Field engineering experience in VRF system air conditioning and chiller maintenance is necessary.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
Must be computer literate, particularly due to the use of diagnostic software.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
