We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR department and support our rapidly growing team of 25 to 35 employees.

As an HR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions online with company vision, culture, and values. 

The position has two broad goal areas:

1.Value Creation:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Planning: 

- Evaluate company structure and design to achieve business goals through workforce planning and talent management strategies.
- Define the HR objectives in alignment with company goals.

  • Recruitment: 

- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with the company's values and goals.

  • Performance Management:

- Establish and Implement performance evaluation programs from end to end.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to maximize employee performance and growth.

  • Training and Development:

- Design learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to organizational capabilities.

  • Employee Engagement and Culture:

- In collaboration with Senior Management, shape the organization’s culture to reflect its values and mission.

  • Employer Branding:

- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent and position the organization as an employer of choice.

  •  Career Planning and Succession Management:

- Develop robust career development plans and succession strategies to nurture talent and fill key roles effectively.

2.Operational Resilience:

Key Responsibilities:

  •  HR Policies and Compliance:

- Establish and maintain all Human resources Policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all Human resources Employee handbook, Policies, and procedures.

  • Attendance and Leave Management:

- Implement reliable attendance and timekeeping systems to track employee work hours accurately and efficiently.

  • Management of Employee Records:

- Establish and maintain a secure system including digital & physical archiving for managing employee records to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Request Management and Insurance Claims:

- Efficiently manage employee requests, including leave requests, employment certificate,salary advance requests and insurance claims, to minimize disruptions and ensure timely resolution.

  • Budgeting:

- Develop and manage the HR department budget strategically to optimize resource allocation and achieve cost efficiencies.

  • Employee Wellbeing:

- Promote employee wellbeing initiatives to support physical, mental, and emotional health in the workplace.

  • HR Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks proactively to protect the organization's reputation and assets.

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Requirements:

- Minimum work experience of 10 years in the HR field with at least 3 or 4 years of them in a managerial role specifically within the IT or Tech sector.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, psychology or any relevant field

  • Skills and abilities:

- Proficiency in English
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, Tunisian labor laws and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
