Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth for Sakouhi Co.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, pain points, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals while meeting clients' expectations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term partnerships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
