Position Overview:

Seidor is seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant to manage communication and administrative processes for the management and implementation of awarded projects. This role requires interaction with customers, partners, Sales Delivery, and Recruitment managers. The ideal candidate will also provide support to the financial department with invoicing, timesheets, contracts, and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication channels between various stakeholders including customers, partners, Sales Delivery, and Recruitment managers.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to the implementation of awarded projects.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project stakeholders.
  • Support the financial department by preparing and processing invoices, timesheets, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project communication and administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project management and execution.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related files and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project management team as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Exigences de l'emploi

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or 2 years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in project management or related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
