Your tasks:

Development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures within one Module field globally.    

• Ensures the development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures
• Ensures the development and implementation of standards: Processes / Tools / Systems / Equipment / Methods / Organization / Technology / Design
• Ensures optimization of existing processes and equipment according to profitability aspects
• Project work
• Define and regularly update/verify standard  times for all value add and none value add production process steps to be used in WSD standard calculation process
• Develop a standard concept for overall material flow within production facility (value stream) together with Value Chain Management
• Develop a standard plant layout according LEAN principles
• Feedback & implementation(incl. Ttaining) on potential standard improvements, share best practice
• Support and implementation of strategic roadmap
• Support and implementation of global equipment strategy with production equipment management
• Implement and drive actively an expert within module responsibility for each module

Your skills:

• Education Level : university degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
• Experience: 2 Years min in a relevant field
• Language: English is mandatory, German is a plus
