Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

It consists of an IT-BI Development center and a Businees Process Operations (BPO) team to support our various European offices and drive operational excellence.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer with first experience as a QA in IT industry to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.

2. Design and execute test cases and test plans based on project requirements.

3. Perform manual and automated testing of software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.

4. Document and track defects using bug tracking tools and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

5. Participate in regression testing, performance testing, and other types of testing as needed.

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

7. Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress and results.

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. First experience in Quality Assurance or software testing (1 year).

3. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

4. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) is a plus.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

7. Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
