Responsibilities:

·  Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.

·  Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

·  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation workflows.

·  Configure RPA processes and objects, including process mapping, document automation, and data extraction.

·  Ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of automation solutions.

·  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA bots.

·  Document automation processes, specifications, and outcomes.

Main Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

·  RPA certification from recognized providers like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (preferred but not mandatory).

·  Proficiency in professional English and French: reading, writing, and speaking

·  Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

·  Experience in process analysis, solution design, and development of automation workflows.

·  Strong programming and scripting skills.

·  Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

·  Understanding of API integration and web technologies.

·  Planning and organization / Adherence to established deadlines.

·  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·  Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users effectively.
