Personal Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in setting up shop in Tunis. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth execution of all tasks related to the shop setup process. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative duties, project coordination, and general assistance to facilitate the successful start of the business in Tunisia. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain documentation related to permits, licenses, and legal requirements. 
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. 
• Coordinate the procurement of necessary equipment, fixtures, and supplies. 
• Conduct research to identify potential suppliers, vendors, and service providers. 
• Coordinate deliveries, inventory management, and stock control. 
• Help establish efficient processes and systems for shop operations. 
• Provide general administrative support as needed. 

 
Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. 
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 
• Familiarity with shop setup processes, permits, and legal requirements is a plus. 
• Knowledge of basic business principles and marketing strategies is desirable.
