Import Specialist

Super Export is a leading player in the international trading industry, specializing in. We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Import Specialist.

Position: Import Specialist

Location: Centre Urbain Nord

Employment Type: Full-time: 08h30-17h30

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the import process for a variety of products, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery

- Communicate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders to facilitate the importation of goods

- Manage documentation including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations

- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations

- Stay up-to-date with import regulations and industry trends to optimize processes and mitigate risks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business English or related field

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of import/export procedures and regulations is a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
