We are seeking a Part-time Social Media Manager for our 'Kanteen' client. This role is pivotal in enhancing our client's brand's online presence, engaging with its audience, and driving organic booking rates through innovative social media strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset to align with their digital marketing objectives. If you have a knack for social media, and the skills to craft compelling content, join us in making marketing dreams come true. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each brand and property (restaurants) , aimed at increasing visibility and organic bookings.
  • Community Engagement: Actively manage our social media profiles, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and building a community of food enthusiasts.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of your strategies. Use insights to refine tactics, optimize content, and achieve better engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools.
  • Content Calendar Creation: Plan out a content calendar and schedule posts for our clients.

 

What Success Looks Like: 

 

  • Increased Engagement: Achieving significant growth in engagement metrics, including followers, likes, shares, comments, and direct messages, across all social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok ..). 
  • Higher lead Rates: Contributing to an increase in organic booking rates for each restaurant through strategic content and effective social media management. 
  • Strong Online Community: Building and maintaining a vibrant online community that actively interacts with our brand and expresses interest in our services.

Exigences de l'emploi

 Qualifications: 

 

  • Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), Canva, and analytics tools. Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies. Experience using social media planning tools.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Exceptional creativity in content creation, with a keen eye for design and storytelling. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with an online audience and collaborate with team members. 
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple properties' social media accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
