HR Supervisor

Transsion Holdings is looking for An HR Supervisor who will be responsible of the human resources department.

Main Responsibilities :

• Maintains compliance with state regulations concerning employment
• Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
• Manage the relation with outside government organization such as labor Agency, work inspection …etc
• Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Conducting interviews, recruiting, vetting new staff.
• reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis
• Assisting managers with staff requirements
• work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR,.
• 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in mobile and Multinational companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced knowledge on MS Office Programs and other softwares (IT drive)
• Strong communication and analytical skills with professional attitude
