We are looking for a Trainer for our English-speaking customer service.
You’ll provide training and support to the customer Advisors to guarantee a hight quality users support service in inbound calls & chat on behalf of a global leader in video equipment.
Missions :
You will have to carry out the following tasks :
- Lead and provide initial and continuing training sessions-Design course materials and update them according to the evolution of operations
- Select the candidates at the end of the training using the means put in place to evaluate and validate their skills and knowledge (quizzes, follow-up sheet, etc.)
- Provide personalized support for new recruits during their integration into the operation and decide on their final confirmations to move on to production,
- Analyze the results by identifying the achievements and/or the difficulties encountered
- Monitoring employees with insufficient results, transition pole, skills development and support
Compensation and benefits :
- The salary depends on the experience level,
- Bonus for qualitative/ quantitative monthly objectives,
- RT ; 6 DT per day worked,
- Several company agreements,
- Supplementary health insurance …etc.
Profil :
- C1 English level speaking and writing is required, otherwise refrain, candidates will be evaluated on this first criterion.
- At least 2 years experience as a trainer in an English speaking customer service
- Pedagogue
- Ability to communicate and transmit informations clearly
- Sense of organization
- Analytical capacity and critical sense
- Strong listening skills and customer satisfaction orientation
- Knowledge of the requirements relating to your activity : RGPD, BLOC TEL, CNIL, etc.
