Description de l'emploi

Reporting to the Business & Whosales department you will be:

  • Responsible for the SME, SoHo, and Conventions segment P&L.
  • Responsible for designing and delivering the SME, SoHo, and Conventions segment plan in collaboration with the organization's B2B management team and relevant teams.
  • Drives the SME, SoHo, and Conventions segment promotions and propositions across different segments.
  • Supports the the SME, SoHo, and Conventions segment Sales Team in meeting and exceeding expectations in their respective segments.

 ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Meet and exceed the the SME, SoHo, and Conventions segment
  • Maximize Ooredoo Market share in each segment.
  • Ensures Ooredoo is the B2B brand of choice.
  • Define segment’s plans.
  • Define’s the B2B promotional and proposition calendar.

Exigences de l'emploi

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

  • Bacholor degree in Business, Economics, Enginereeing
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • +10 years experience in ICT, B2B, Telecom, or IT business.
  • Proven success track in commercial management, driving P&L, launching promotions, marketing, and customer value management.
  • Masters English, French, and Arabic.
  • Oral and written communication in English
