As a Executive Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our team and contributing to our success.

Responsibilities:
•  Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.
•  Respond to calls for tenders
•  Write documents and carry out administrative tasks
•  Support event planning and execution.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
•  Have a very good level of English at least B2 (all communications are in English)
•  Having a medical and/or biological background is a very important asset
•  Strong communication and organizational skills.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
•  Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
•  Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus.
