Technical Lead (.Net /Java /AWS)

We are looking for a Technical Lead (.Net /Java /AWS) for our client.

Responsabilities :

• Actively participates in the development team leading the most complex tasks and analysing, designing and implementing the technical requirements.
• Focuses on technical leadership, defining patterns and operational guidelines, to be considered as a reference in the backend area.
• Anticipates challenges on projects well before they occur and takes preventive actions.
• Taking ownership of backend software-related complaints and working toward finding solutions.
• Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity and projects performance.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Profile :

• Software Engineer.
• At least 10 years of Experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Very good level in communication in English and French.

Mandatory skills:

• Proficient in OOO languages such as Java or Dotnet using modern development.
• methodologies like SOLID, clean code and XP practices.
• Experience in Front development ( React & Angular is preferred).
• Experience in Python is desirable.
