Consord is seeking for an agency a creative and engaging Community Manager with strong graphic design skills to manage our online presence, grow our audience, and enhance our brand image.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp visual sense, and can interact with communities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media content calendars

• Create visually compelling graphics for posts, stories, ads, and events

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships

• Monitor online trends and propose creative content ideas

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent branding

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a community manager or social media specialist

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work (mandatory)

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar

• Minimum of B1 English level

• Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategy accordingly

Skills:

• Graphic design and visual storytelling

• Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Basic video editing is a plus

• Creativity, attention to detail, and community-first mindset
