We are currently seeking an experienced, high-performing Psychic Advisor to join our internal leadership team as a Training Manager responsible for developing the next generation of AuraNova Spiritual Connectors.

Position Overview

This role is reserved exclusively for psychics with a verifiable background, an established track record of delivering accurate, structured spiritual consultations, and strong mastery of tools such as Tarot, numerology, intuitive guidance, and emotional communication.

The selected candidate will undergo:

Phase 1 — Internal Re-Coaching & Standardization

You will be fully retrained to operate under AuraNova’s proprietary methodology, ensuring complete alignment with our international criteria for performance, ethics, structure, and delivery.

Phase 2 — Coaching & Training Responsibilities

Once certified, you will be responsible for coaching new Spiritual Connectors, applying strict training standards, quality frameworks, and operational guidelines to prepare them for global performance.

This is a leadership and responsibility-heavy role, requiring precision, emotional intelligence, and absolute professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training sessions for new AuraNova Spiritual Connectors.

• Evaluate psychic candidates’ performance using AuraNova’s internal criteria.

• Ensure all trainees meet global-level standards in structure, accuracy, emotional connection, timelines, predictions, and ethical boundaries.

• Provide corrective feedback based on evidence-based reading protocols.

• Monitor trainees’ progress and report directly to management.

• Maintain full compliance with AuraNova standards, including behavioral, quality, and structural guidelines.

• Uphold and transmit AuraNova’s methodology, communication style, and professional discipline.

• Assist in implementing performance improvement strategies and quality reviews.

• Collaborate with HR and Quality Department when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional psychic advisor.

• Strong mastery of spiritual tools: Tarot, intuitive reading, numerology, energy interpretation.

• High emotional intelligence and capacity to articulate complex insights clearly.

• Ability to structure readings logically and professionally.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Comfortable with coaching, supervising, and correcting other psychics.

• Capacity to handle pressure, deadlines, and strict performance standards.

• Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with professional guidelines.

A practical evaluation and a deep-dive interview will be required.
