Stagiaire Monteur Vidéo — Short-Form / Social Media (Video Editing Intern)

We create short-form video ads and social content for our own projects and clients. We're looking for a reliable, creative video editor to help us turn raw clips into clean, scroll-stopping short videos.

This is not a complex production role. We handle the strategy, the briefs, and the raw material — your job is to make it look good and feel right.

You'll work with clear examples, reusable templates, and AI tools to help you generate, clean up, and speed up your edits.

This role is suitable for junior or mid-level video editors who want to improve fast.

What you'll do:

• Cut and assemble short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, ads) from clips we provide
• Add hooks, captions, transitions, and background music
• Follow simple templates and examples to keep a consistent style
• Pick the best clips and trim them into a tight, engaging final cut
• Export clean, ready-to-publish videos in the right formats

We provide AI tools to help you:

• Generate video clips and visuals to work with
• Speed up repetitive editing tasks
• Clean up audio, captions, and pacing
• Learn faster, better editing patterns

We'll also teach you how to use AI tools properly to get cleaner results, faster edits, and a more consistent style.

Skills we're looking for:

• Comfortable with CapCut, plus one of: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects
• A good eye for short-form pacing — the 3-second hook, rhythm, and a clean ending
• Basic sense of music, sound, and timing
• Good English — enough to read briefs, follow examples, and work with AI tools
• Reliable, organized, and open to feedback

No advanced experience needed — if you've made short videos people actually watch, you already have the most important skill. We'll help you get faster and sharper.

• Basic knowledge of CapCut (plus any one of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects)
• Basic editing skills — cutting, trimming, transitions, captions
• Able to adapt and reuse existing video templates
• Understand short-form formats (vertical & square, for Reels/TikTok/ads)
• English level B1/B2 is enough
• Can work independently and follow instructions
