At Travelease, we specialize in providing seamless transport services across the UK and to international clients. We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor / Booking Agent to join our dynamic team!In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our partner companies — handling inquiries, offering solutions, and helping travelers and businesses reach their destinations with ease.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls, and responding to emails.
• Advising customers and companies on transport services and solutions.
• Selling and promoting transportation options tailored to customer needs.
• Ensuring smooth communication between clients and partner companies.
• Maintaining organized, accurate records of bookings and interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)  B2 level minimum.
  (British accent is a strong plus!)
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A team player with a knack for problem-solving.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
