Description de l'emploi
Desert Joy is seeking a Junior Crop Manager
The Junior Crop Manager will be responsible for cultivating tomatoes within a 5 hectares greenhouse.
In this role, the position holder will implement the crop strategy, manage climate and irrigation systems, and carry out monitoring and control measures to prevent and address pests and diseases.

Requirements/Skills :
- Educational diploma in agricultural or relative fields.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience.
- Plant physiological knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Sufficient knowledge and skills to be accountable for the achieved results.
- Time management skills.
- Problem solving capacity.
- Good English level.
