Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated 3D Development Intern to join our product development team for a 3-month paid internship.

This internship is designed for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on training in the full 3D development cycle — from 3D scanning and sketching, to 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, and 3D printing, all the way to production coordination.

You will be mentored by engineers and trained using professional tools and real industrial projects.

Profile / Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Industrial Design

  • Product Design

  • Mechatronics

  • Or a related field

• Basic knowledge of 3D design software (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / similar)

• Strong command of English written and speaking (English Speaking company)

• Interest in 3D scanning, prototyping, and product development

• Strong willingness to learn and work hands-on

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable communicating in English and working in a collaborative team

What You Will Learn & Do 3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering

• Learn how to scan mechanical parts using a 3D scanner

• Prepare scanned data and support reverse engineering workflows

3D Modeling & Design

• Develop 3D parts using 3D software tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar)

• Create sketches, assemblies, and technical design iterations

• Support improvements for manufacturability and prototyping

3D Printing & Prototyping

• Train on using 3D printers (setup, slicing, printing, troubleshooting)

• Support prototyping cycles and part validation

Documentation & Process Tracking

• Learn how to document the full development process:

  • Scanning

  • Sketches & design

  • 3D modeling

  • 3D printing

  • Testing & iteration

  • Production preparation

• Coordinate with production teams to support the full product cycle

Evaluation & Career Path

At the end of the internship, the intern will undergo a technical and professional evaluation.

• Will receive a CIVP contract for 1 year

• If the CIVP year is successful, the candidate may be offered a CDI contract
