We are hiring English-speaking Call Center Agents to join our growing Real Estate Call Center based in Sfax.

The role consists of contacting international clients interested in real estate investment opportunities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

You will be responsible for qualifying leads, presenting projects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international prospects
• Present real estate investment opportunities
• Qualify client needs and interest level
• Schedule meetings with senior sales advisors
• Update CRM and call reports daily

Requirements:

• MUST be based in Sfax
• Fluent English (spoken is mandatory)
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working with targets
• Basic computer skills
