Description de l'emploi
We are looking for a motivated Travel Agent to assist clients in organizing their trips and providing professional travel services.
Main Responsibilities

Book hotel reservations for clients according to their preferences and budget

Arrange and issue airline tickets
-
Provide travel advice and information about destinations, hotels, and flight options
-
Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations
-
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and tourism partners
-
Prepare travel itineraries and travel documents for clients
-
Respond to client inquiries by email, phone, or online platforms
-
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Exigences de l'emploi
-
Experience in tourism or travel agency work is preferred
-
Knowledge of hotel booking systems and flight reservations
-
Good communication skills in French and English
-
Good organizational and customer service skills
-
Ability to work with booking platforms and office software
