We are looking for a Transfer Dispatcher to coordinate and manage airport transfers and transportation services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by organizing schedules, communicating with drivers, and monitoring transfers in real time.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch airport transfers and transportation services

• Coordinate daily schedules with drivers and guides

• Monitor flights and adjust pickup times when necessary

• Communicate transfer details to drivers and clients

• Handle last-minute changes, delays, or special requests

• Ensure all transfers are completed smoothly and on time

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and schedules

• Provide operational support to the transportation team

Requirements

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly

• Good communication skills in English and French

• Basic computer skills and ability to manage booking systems

• Experience in tourism, transportation, or logistics is a plus
