We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team for the construction of drilling platforms, access road opening, and infrastructure maintenance in remote desert environments.

1. Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

• Role:Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to final delivery
• Requirements:
  • University degree inCivil or Construction Engineer.
  • Minimum8 years of experience in similar large-scale construction projects
  • Proven track record in managingdrilling site preparation and logistics in desert regions
  • Strong leadership, financial supervision, and stakeholder management skills

2. Construction Supervisor (Civil Technician)

• Role:Manage day-to-day site operations, workforce, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress 
• Requirements:
  • University degree in Civil or Construction Technician.
  • Minimum5 years of experience in supervising civil works for the oil and gas sector 
  • Expertise inroad construction (gypsum/marled roads) and platform earthworks in desert regions

3. QA/QC Supervisor (Civil Engineer)

• Role:Ensure all construction activities meet technical specifications and international quality standards (ISO/API)
• Requirements:
  • University degree inCivil or Construction Engineer.
  • Minimum5 years of experience in quality assurance and control for civil infrastructure 
  • Proficiency in developingInspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and managing site audits.

4. HSSE Supervisors

• Role:Enforce strict Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental policies in high-risk desert environments 
• Requirements:
  • Minimum5 years of experience in a similar role within the drilling or construction industry
  • Relevant certifications (e.g.,NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA) 
  • Experience in incident investigation and emergency response planning

5. Topographic Surveyor (Civil Technician)

• Role:Perform precise land surveys for road alignment and drilling platform positioning.
• Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with GPS and Total Station equipment in open desert terrain.
  • Ability to produce accurate topographic maps and layout designs for civil works.
