An international investment group active in renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Africa is currently looking to recruit a Project Finance & Delivery Manager.

Location: Tunisia

Travel: Frequent travel to Dubai and across Africa

This role will support the development, financing, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, including solar, photovoltaic, wind, and hydro energy, in close collaboration with international lenders, contractors, and public stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project development and financial close processes for major infrastructure projects
• Support institutional financing structures and interactions with lenders and investors
• Oversee project execution during construction phases
• Manage relationships with EPC contractors, lenders, and government stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with financing and contractual obligations

Candidates should have experience in the financing and delivery of large infrastructure or energy projects, particularly in renewable energy (solar, photovoltaic, wind, or hydro).

Two types of profiles may be considered:
• A finance professional with experience in project finance, ideally complemented by a project management certification
• An energy or industrial engineer with strong infrastructure project experience, complemented by an MBA in Finance and exposure to large project financing

 Languages: Fluency in English and French is required due to the international scope of the role.
