Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with lead generation activities, including researching potential clients and identifying key decision-makers.
• Work on the marketing aspect to create engaging content for our blog, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Help execute and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
• Provide support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our sales and marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in the B2B SaaS and HR technology industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, content marketing, email marketing).
