What You'll Do

About the Job

The senior finance controller for the Sfax site is a key business partner to the local leadership team. This role is responsible for providing financial guidance and ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of all financial activities related the Sfax manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial support to the site, including budgeting, forecasting, actual reporting, cost accounting, and compliance activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and uphold financial compliance by developing, updating, and enforcing company policies.
• Partner with all site functions to monitor budget adherence and work collaboratively to identify and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct monthly results review with site and above site management to assess financial results and operational performance
• Lead the preparation of annual product cost standard, site budget, capital expenses for the annual budget exercise. Provide quarterly forecast updates.
• Analyse monthly manufacturing variances, perform root‑cause analysis, present recommendations for improvement, and assess risks and opportunities.
• Lead the on‑site finance team, promoting team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
