WE ARE HIRING – OPTICAL SIMULATION EXPERT (REMOTE)

AYOU For IT Solutions is looking for an Optical Simulation Expert to join our team on a 4–5 month contract.

Location: Remote — Candidates must be based in Tunisia
⏳ Contract duration: 4–5 months

Responsibilities:
• Development and validation of optical concepts
• Translation of optical requirements while considering technological constraints
• Simulation of lighting systems
• Analysis of tolerance chains
• Derivation of manufacturing requirements
• Conducting design reviews
• Presentation of innovative lighting solutions

Requirements
• Successfully completed degree in a scientific or technical field, or a comparable qualification, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optoelectronics
• Relevant experience with the optical design and simulation software Zemax, Ansys Speos, LucidShape
• Relevant experience with the CAD Software Catia, Siemens NX or similar
• Relevant experience in the automotive lighting field
• Proficient in Matlab, Mathematica, or similar programs
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and problem-solving competence
• Motivation, teamwork skills, flexibility, and a confident professional demeanor
