ORACLE HCM Cloud Functional Consultant / System Administrator (Senior)

Role: Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant / System Administrator

Focus: Post-go-live support, system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and release management.

Typical Experience Requirements

• 6–10+ years experience with HRIS systems.

• 3–5+ years experience with Oracle Cloud HCM configuration or

administration.

• Experience working in post-go-live support environments.

• Experience managing integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and

other enterprise systems.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work with HR

and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Post Go-Live Support

• Liaise with HR teams, IT teams, and Oracle Support to resolve

complex functional and technical issues.

• Investigate incidents and propose solutions or workarounds.

• Plan and implement bug fixes and change requests.

Configuration and Administration

• Perform configuration and maintenance tasks within Oracle Cloud

HCM.

• Manage:

• Workforce structures

• Assignments and work relationships

• Flex-fields and list of values

• Journeys and guided journeys

• Configure notifications, communication campaigns, and HCM

journeys.

• Manage mass uploads and data maintenance using HDL or

spreadsheet loaders.

Security and Access Management

• Configure and manage Areas of Responsibility (AOR).

• Configure job roles, data roles, and security policies.

• Audit and monitor access management activities.Integration Management

• Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external

systems such as:

• PeopleSoft HCM

• Identity management systems (e.g., SailPoint)

• Document Management Systems (DMS).

• Monitor and troubleshoot data flows between systems.

Testing and Change Implementation

• Test bug fixes and change requests before deployment.

• Coordinate testing with business users where required.

Knowledge Management

• Produce and maintain:

• Functional documentation

• Configuration guides

• Knowledge articles

• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and training for HR and IT

teams.

Release and System Management

• Perform administrative tasks related to Oracle HCM Cloud release

management.

• Assess the impact of quarterly Oracle updates and ensure system

readiness.
