Oracle HCM Cloud Business Analyst (Senior)

Role: Senior Business Analyst – Oracle HCM Cloud

Focus: Business analysis, testing coordination, and support during

implementation or post-implementation phases of Oracle HCM Cloud,

particularly Performance Management and Compensation modules.

Typical Experience Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience in business analysis within HRIS or ERP

environments.

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or support

projects.

• Proven experience in test coordination (SIT and UAT).

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication

skills.

• Experience working with HR departments and process owners.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR

stakeholders and process owners.

• Prepare and maintain use cases, functional specifications, and

process documentation.

• Participate in the definition and review of To-Be HR processes and

identify potential improvement areas.

• Perform change impact analysis related to Oracle HCM Cloud

configurations and releases.

Testing Coordination

• Prepare and maintain test scenarios and test cases based on

functional specifications and system design.

• Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities:

• Execute SIT test cases.

• Log and track defects.

• Liaise with implementors, SMEs, and process owners to validate

expected results.

• Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation:

• Define test scope, test scenarios, and test data.

• Provide guidance to business testers during execution.• Consolidate tester feedback and share results with the

implementation team.

Documentation and Traceability

• Document user stories, test evidence, and traceability matrices

within DevOps or equivalent project management tools.

• Maintain structured documentation of test scenarios, results, and

defects.

• Support the preparation of knowledge materials and

documentation for future regression testing.

Project Support

• Assist the implementation team and business stakeholders in

resolving functional questions.

• Consolidate lessons learned and recommendations for post-go-live

support and regression testing cycles.
