We’re seeking a Junior Tooling & Product Development Engineer to take ownership of tooling-focused engineering work within our product team. You will help bridge the gap between design and production, focusing on tooling design, prototyping, and process optimization for our products.

This is a hands-on, practical role where your work will directly impact manufacturability, quality, and efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
• 3D design and tooling exposure
• Proficient in Fusion 360
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling principles
• Comfortable with hands-on prototyping and workshop coordination
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Tooling Design & Development
  • Design, develop, and refine tooling, fixtures, and jigs using Fusion 360
  • Prepare detailed 3D models and technical drawings for tooling
  • Select appropriate materials and components for durability and cost-efficiency
• Prototyping & Testing
  • Build, test, and iterate on tooling prototypes using 3D printing and workshop fabrication
  • Validate tooling performance and adjust designs to meet functional and quality requirements
• Production Support
  • Coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure tooling is feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with production needs
  • Assist with tool installation, adjustment, and qualification in the workshop
• Documentation & Coordination
  • Maintain tooling documentation, BOMs, specifications, and revision histories
  • Track tooling progress, lead times, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Perform quality checks on tooling and production parts to identify issues and propose improvements
  • Contribute to design-for-manufacturing (DFM) improvements to optimize tooling for efficiency and reliability
• Fluency in English
