At Stays and Rides GmbH, we deal in high-end mobility and lifestyle services. Our day-to-day involves managing private aviation, yacht charters, luxury car rentals, and a collection of premium Airbnbs. We cater to a very specific, global clientele that expects exclusivity and comfort.

What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join us remotely and help manage both our back-office operations and outbound outreach. Essentially, you will be the voice of our brand.

A big part of the job is premium outreach; you’ll be calling high-interest leads to introduce our mobility and accommodation services. When you aren't on the phone, you'll be hands-on in our internal booking and CRM systems, making sure the administrative side of our luxury rentals (the Airbnbs, the fleet, and the charters) is running smoothly and accurately.

What We’re Looking For

• The Language: You absolutely need to be fluent or near-native in German (C1/C2). If you have professional English skills too, that's a huge bonus.

• The Skills: You need to be a fast learner. We have custom internal software and a detailed luxury portfolio, and we need someone who can get up to speed quickly.

• The Vibe: You should have great phone etiquette. You'll be speaking with high-net-worth individuals, so you need to sound confident, professional, and comfortable.

• The Setup: Since this is a 100% remote role, you need to be disciplined, tech-savvy, and able to manage your own time in a fast-paced environment.
