Role Overview

We are looking for Sales Consultants / Patient Advisors who can communicate confidently with international patients, understand their needs, and guide them through important treatment decisions.

This is a people-focused, performance-driven role with strong earning potential in a fast-growing international industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp, phone and CRM systems
  • Understand patient expectations, motivations and concerns
  • Present and explain treatment options clearly and confidently
  • Build trust and guide patients toward booking decisions
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management
  • Work closely with medical and operations teams
  • Manage the full communication process from first contact to booking

What We Are Looking For

• Advanced / Fluent English is required
  • Additional languages such as Italian, Russian, German, Spanish or other European languages (C1+) are a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in handling international patients
  • Sales mindset and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good organization and follow-up discipline
  • Previous experience in sales, call center or medical tourismis a plus
