Description de l'emploi
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent (Italian / English) to join our team for an inbound customer service project.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers
- Provide assistance and ensure high-quality service
- Communicate clearly and professionally
Exigences de l'emploi
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Good communication skills
- Availability and reliability
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- From 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

- Fully remote position
