We are a fast-growing American law firm growth agency looking for a high-performing Cold Caller & Sales Representative to join our remote team. This is a single combined role that includes both outbound calling and closing sales over Zoom.

ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients

- Qualify leads and book or handle sales opportunities

- Run full Zoom sales presentations

- Close deals and manage the full sales process

- Follow up with prospects and maintain pipeline activity

This is a hybrid role requiring both cold outreach + closing ability .

COMPENSATION

-1500 TND/month base salary (paid bi-weekly)

- Performance-based commission

- Total earning potential: up to 3000 TND/month or more with commissions
