· Define, document, and maintain the QMS (quality manual, procedures, work instructions, records).

· Lead certification and surveillance processes: ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive), ISO 14001 (optional), ISO 45001.

· Organize and conduct internal quality audits (process, product, system) and management reviews.

· Manage customer audits and external certifications; prepare teams and follow up on corrective actions.

· Deploy continuous improvement tools: FMEA, control plans, Statistical Process Control (SPC), 8D, 5 Whys, QRQC.

· Ensure traceability and management of non-conformities: root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Train and raise awareness among all staff on QMS requirements and quality culture.

· Drive quality performance indicators (conformity rate, cost of non-quality, complaint processing time).

· Collaborate with production, purchasing, R&D, and customer service to integrate quality from the design stage (APQP/PPAP).

· Participate in management committees to align quality policy with industrial strategy.

· Education: Engineering degree or Master’s in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.

· Experience: Minimum 7 years in quality management systems, preferably in cabling, automotive, or electronics.

· Certifications: Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) mandatory; Six Sigma, Lean Management, or other certifications are a plus.

· Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, VDA), customer (OEM) requirements, problem-solving tools, and QMS/ERP software.

· Soft skills: Cross-functional leadership, rigor, ability to unite teams, strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness.

· Languages: Operational French and English (read, written, spoken).
