We help law firm owners grow by installing and managing the systems that run their client intake, communication, and follow-ups. This is not a law firm role—you’ll be working with attorneys as clients, helping guide them through solutions that improve how their firm operates.

We’re building a high-performing remote team and looking for someone who communicates with clarity, confidence, and professionalism—someone who can create a strong first impression and make conversations feel easy and natural.

MUST HAVE — STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION
You must speak clear, polished English with confidence, especially when communicating with American clients.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You’ll be speaking directly with law firm owners and decision-makers:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Build rapport and understand their current challenges
• Lead Zoom conversations and walk them through our process
• Guide them toward a decision with clarity and confidence
• Handle follow-ups and maintain consistent communication

COMPENSATION

• 1500 TND/month base salary (paid bi-weekly)
•  Performance-based commission
•  Earning potential up to 3000 TND/month or more
