We work closely with law firm owners to help them improve how they communicate with clients, handle inquiries, and grow their practice. Our team supports the systems behind their operations—so they can focus on serving their clients.

In this role, you’ll be speaking directly with attorneys and guiding conversations in a way that feels natural, professional, and easy to follow.

We’re looking for someone who communicates with clarity, presence, and a calm confidence.

MUST HAVE — STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION

You must speak clear, natural, and polished English when communicating with American clients.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Build genuine rapport and understand their situation
• Lead Zoom conversations and explain our process clearly
• Help clients move forward with confidence
• Stay consistent with follow-ups and communication

COMPENSATION

• 1500 TND/month base salary (paid bi-weekly)
• Performance-based commission
• Earning potential up to 3000 TND/month or more
