Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Operations Team Manager expérimenté(e) pour piloter plusieurs équipes opérationnelles et contribuer activement à l’excellence opérationnelle de nos activités.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Operations Team Manager to lead multiple operational teams and drive operational excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise several Team Leaders and their teams (approximately 60–100+ FTE), ensuring strong leadership and operational alignment.

2. Define and drive the operational strategy, performance objectives, productivity targets, and service quality standards in line with business goals.

3. Ensure high-quality service delivery across claims processing and customer support activities.

4. Monitor, analyze, and interpret operational KPIs, identify performance trends, and provide regular reporting to senior management.

5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational efficiency projects.

6. Handle complex operational escalations and support cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

7. Contribute to workforce planning, talent development, leadership growth, and succession planning.

8. Work closely with other departments (HR, Quality, IT, Finance, etc.) to align operations with group-wide objectives.
