Job DESCRIPTION

In a demanding industrial environment, Enovis is seeking a HSE Supervisor to develop, implement, and manage risk prevention policies and procedures related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across the organization.

MISSION

To design and deploy an effective HSE policy ensuring regulatory compliance, workplace safety, risk prevention, and environmental protection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and assess company-wide risks
• Review manufacturing processes and workstation ergonomics
• Develop and implement HSE action plans
• Design and deploy risk prevention and awareness programs
• Propose and deliver safety and hygiene training in collaboration with the HR Development Manager and Health Officer
• Create and manage safety communication materials
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions, alert procedures, and applicable regulations
• Propose continuous improvements and enhancements in safety and environmental practices
• Develop and implement hygiene and safety programs, accident prevention initiatives, and environmental protection measures

REQUIRED PROFILE

Engineering Degree (HSE, QHSE, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment

Languages: Arabic , French , English 

Mandatory Training: Integration Plan 1000.331
