Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Execution

• Shoot and edit fast-paced, scroll-stopping content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Ads)
• Adapt content formats based on platform best practices and trends
• Ensure high-quality execution with strong attention to detail (framing, lighting, pacing)

Content Strategy & Planning

• Build and manage a monthly content calendar
• Translate marketing objectives into clear content directions
• Align content with campaigns, launches, and key business moments

Creative Direction

• Bring fresh, relevant content ideas that elevate the brand
• Propose new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches
• Stay ahead of trends while maintaining brand consistency

Performance & Optimization

• Track and analyze key KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions)
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights
• Continuously optimize content based on performance data

Profile We’re Looking For :

• Strong understanding of social media dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)
• Able to shoot and edit content quickly without compromising quality
• Performance-driven mindset, not just aesthetic-focused
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
