About the Role

We are looking for a Senior OpenText Developer to join our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) operational team.

In this fully remote position, you will contribute to strategic enterprise projects focused on document-centric applications. You will participate in both the development of new features and the enhancement of existing solutions while ensuring technical quality and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities Development & Innovation

• Design and develop new functionalities using Answer Modules Module Suite
• Enhance and maintain existing enterprise applications

Solution Architecture

• Participate in technical solution design and architecture discussions
• Contribute to the logical design of complex ECM applications

Quality & Best Practices

• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Perform code reviews and continuous code improvements
• Ensure software quality and maintainability

Testing & Deployment

• Support integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Participate in releases of corrective and evolutionary updates

Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing with Answer Modules Module Suite
• Strong expertise in Groovy within the OpenText ecosystem
• Excellent knowledge of the OpenText Content Server development framework
• 1–2+ years of experience with:
  • Beautiful Web Form
  • Smart Page
• Strong Java development experience
• Experience integrating systems using:
  • OpenText REST APIs
  • ERP / CRM integrations
• Solid SQL knowledge:
  • Oracle
  • PostgreSQL
  • SQL Server
• Good understanding of:
  • ECM
  • DMS
  • BPM
  • Low-code platforms
