Description de l'emploi

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Source and identify components, raw materials, and services according to customer and project requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, lead times, technical information, and availability.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing conditions when applicable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery reliability.

Customer & Project Coordination

  • Communicate with customers to understand project needs, specifications, and delivery expectations.
  • Support project teams during project transfer and industrialization activities.
  • Coordinate internally with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Project Management teams.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and production planning.

Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Identify and coordinate with shipping and logistics companies for international and local transport.
  • Study and monitor supply chain timelines to ensure on-time deliverables.
  • Track shipments, delivery schedules, and material availability.
  • Anticipate supply risks and propose mitigation actions to avoid production delays.
  • Manage purchase orders and follow-up until final delivery.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Monitor KPIs such as supplier lead time, on-time delivery, inventory performance, and procurement efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and supply chain documentation within ERP systems.

Exigences de l'emploi

Qualifications & Experience

  • Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing activities, preferably within the MedTech, medical device, or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and logistics providers is preferred.
  • Understanding of technical components and manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement tools is an advantage.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – mandatory.

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes is a plus.
