We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our Customer Support team.
If you are fluent in English and French, passionate about communication, and comfortable assisting international travelers through WhatsApp, calls, and chat, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone calls

• Assist clients with bookings, inquiries, modifications, and service follow-up

• Deliver fast, accurate, and professional responses with a customer-first mindset

• Coordinate with operations, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth service execution

• Resolve customer issues proactively and ensure proper follow-through

• Maintain structured and accurate customer records and booking information

• Follow company communication standards, and quality procedures

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Adapt to dynamic operational needs and international customer time zones

• 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, tourism, or operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace / MS Office / WhatsApp Web)

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends 

• Customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, travel agencies, airport transfers, hospitality, or international customer service

• Experience handling international clients via WhatsApp or phone

• Knowledge of CRM or booking management systems

• Additional languages are a plus (Italian, Spanish, etc.)
