KowalServices SUARL, on behalf of its partner Mirror Psychology LTD, is seeking two actresses or hostesses to simulate psychotherapy sessions. The sessions will follow the guidelines of the MIMTherapy technique (Mindful Interbeing Mirror Therapy). Project Overview & Role:
The selected candidates will roleplay as patients during therapy sessions, following the specific guidance and directives of the therapist. The sessions will be fully video-recorded.

Privacy & Intended Use Notice:
The video recordings are exclusively for educational and training purposes for mental health professionals. The videos will be integrated into dedicated Training and made available strictly to qualified psychologists and psychotherapists. The footage will NOT be accessible to the general public.

Schedule, Preparation, and Compensation:

• Time Commitment: 4 hours in total. For this project, two actresses will be hired: the 4-hour shooting block will be shared between both resources, alternating recording windows to ensure each actress has adequate time to rest and reset between sessions.
• Recording Duration: We estimate the actual recording time for each actress will be under 2 hours.
• Preparation Material: Prior to the shooting date, the selected actresses will have the opportunity to view reference recordings of previous sessions conducted with other actors/actresses to fully understand the structure of the therapy and the required performance style.
• Compensation: Hourly rate paid for all 4 hours of availability (specific rate to be discussed during the selection process).
• First Shooting Date: End of June.
• Future Outlook: If the first project is successful and there is good synergy, there is a strong possibility for ongoing collaboration with additional sessions in the following months.

Job Requirements:

• Age: Females aged between 25 and 35 years old (required due to script and role consistency).
• Language: Fluent level of English (as the therapy sessions and acting will be conducted entirely in English).
• Core Skills: Ability to empathize with the role, natural presence in front of the camera, reliability, and utmost punctuality.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in acting, theater, or medium-high-level hosting/promotional work is considered a strong asset.
