The ideal candidate must have excellent native-level American English, both spoken and written, as this role requires clear and professional communication with customers.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
• Experience with data entry, data tracking, and record organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently
• Flexible, dependable, and willing to learn
• Fast learner with a positive attitude

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers professionally
• Providing support and assistance when needed
• Handling data entry tasks accurately
• Tracking and updating information
• Maintaining organized records and reports
• Supporting daily administrative tasks
