Essentiel Outsourcing is a company specialized in outsourced customer service and business operations management.

Beyond operations, we actively design and develop internal technology solutions that support our teams, our clients and our service organization. We build our own tools and automate operational processes in areas such as HR, customer support, billing, reporting and workflow management.

We are currently looking for a senior technical profile capable of maintaining and evolving existing production solutions while also designing new automations and integrations adapted to real operational needs.

The Role

This is not a traditional execution-only developer role.

We are looking for someone capable of combining:

• Maintenance and improvement of existing production tools
• Development of new automations and integrations

• Ability to work in direct connection with operational teams and client environments

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving concrete business problems, working on real operational challenges and building useful long-term solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing internal software solutions already in production
• Understand and work with existing codebases responsibly and efficiently
• Develop new features and automations according to evolving business needs
• Design and improve workflows related to operations, HR, billing and customer support
• Integrate third-party services and platforms through APIs
• Develop backend logic mainly using JavaScript / Node.js
• Manage data and business workflows using Firebase / Firestore or other NoSQL environments
• Maintain and improve AI-based automations using OpenAI APIs and related technologies
• Resolve technical incidents impacting operations and client services
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to fully understand operational challenges before implementing solutions
• Participate actively in the continuous improvement of internal systems and operational efficiency

Required Profile

• Strong experience in backend development and automation projects
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript / Node.js
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Experience with Firebase / Firestore or similar NoSQL databases
• Experience working with AI APIs and automation logic is highly appreciated
• Autonomous and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working in operational and fast-changing environments
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical teams

Additional Appreciated Experience

• Experience in call center / BPO environments
• Experience with operational workflow automation
• Experience designing internal tools or SaaS solutions
• Experience supporting production systems with real business impact

Required Technical Skills

• Senior-level experience developing backend systems with Node.js / JavaScript
• Proven hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs
• Solid experience working with NoSQL databases
• Strong background in process and workflow automation
• Practical experience using OpenAI / AI APIs in production environments
• Ability to maintain existing solutions and evolve them safely and efficiently
• Experience working in cloud-based environments
